Northern Youth SuperSAR

Northern Youth SuperSAR (NYSS) is an educational experience developed for youth and adults that incorporates safety and preparedness into their day-to-day activities, whether on the land or water, all year round. This information is available in 4 presentations and classroom exercises that will provide the knowledge of ‘how to help yourself’ in both preparation and actions in areas of Canada where unique challenges exist when it comes to an emergency and where SAR may not be readily available.

The youth are encouraged to share their knowledge and apply the fundamental SAR principles they learned to their day to day lives.
